Please prepare the following information before submitting:

  1.  Presenter Information and Contact Details

  2. Affiliation Details: institution, department, address, career level, and advisor/PI

  3. Abstract Title

  4. Preferred Presentation Type (Oral or Poster Presentation)

  5. Abstract Text – limited to 300 words

The Committee will review all submitted abstracts and notifications about abstract acceptance will be sent to the submitting author.
